And Another Lawsuit

Let’s update the McKinney financial situation; it changes so frequently. The Financial Timeline page just keeps growing and growing.

In addition to owing a local hospital $3,996.24 (suit filed 9/30/2013) and being sued by her mother-in-law for $66,683.54 (suit filed 11/12/2013), Jennifer McKinney is now being sued by a local window covering company for non payment of her newly installed blinds. While she did write two checks to the company, both bounced. The company filed suit on 2/18/2014 for $3,159.73.

Now it now appears that liens have been filed on both of the McKinney’s vehicles. A lien was placed on their 2002 Ford Taurus on 1/04/2014 and on their 2005 Cadillac Escalade on 11/25/2013, both by Marine Credit Union in La Crosse, WI.

This is beyond ridiculous at this point. Jennifer earns more than $10,000 per month and yet somehow she cannot manage to curb her extravagant spending long enough to pay her debts. Instead she keeps racking up new debt. While her shameful spending habits continue, she talks about trips with “her” company, which are not 100% free. Then she decides to go to Africa on yet another poverty tourism trip, also not free.

As the multiple domestic disturbance calls, arrests and lawsuits pile up, she quotes Scripture, sprinkles her Instagram and Facebook with comments about being blessed, invites readers to try her magical health supplements and pretends to be living a charmed life. The deception never ends.

Yet Another Arrest, But This Time . . .

. . . it’s Jennifer who is arrested for domestic violence, not Israel.

The police were called to the McKinney residence at 11:29pm on January 24th. As a result Jennifer was arrested and charged with criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct:

A pre-trial conference is currently scheduled for February 28th with a status conference on April 1st. However Jennifer is scheduled to be in Kenya during that time, on another poverty tourism trip. She has said in recent Facebook posts that K is coming along as well this time.

Jennifer and Israel really need to get their act together. Repeated arrests for domestic violence and property damage clearly indicate that they are not learning anything. Is it really too much to hope that they get some professional help with their personal lives and their marriage, and start putting the well-being of their five young children first from here on out?

A New Mortgage

A few details have just come to light regarding the McKinney’s securing their own financing on their property, which was previously held under a Contract for Deed arrangement.

If you will recall, on November 30, 2013 Jennifer mentioned the financing on their house, saying that they were getting rid of their unconventional loan and “closing on our own financing.” The post has since been deleted from her Facebook page.

On November 12, 2013 Jennifer’s parents re-financed their home for the amount of $60,000 with a ten year term. Jennifer McKinney is listed as a borrower on this document.

Then on November 23, 2013 the deed holders of the property, the Arndt’s, quit claimed the property to Jennifer, and then Jennifer quit claimed the property to herself and Israel. Following that Jennifer and Israel signed a 30 year adjustable rate mortgage in the amount of $318,750.00 with a starting interest rate of 11.50%. The initial interest rate is set until December 2018, at which time it may be adjusted as high as 13.50% but no lower than 11.50% The interest rate cap on the ARM is 17.50%.

On December 2, 2013 the mortgage on the Arndt’s property (now McKinney’s) was recorded as satisfied in full.
